Yoga
Aiguille offers a dedicated yoga studio. We teach Ashtanga/Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a physically intensive style of yoga that stills the mind, develops concentration, lengthens and strengthens muscles, and improves balance, stamina, and wellness.
For many climbers, climbing is a meditation through movement. Climbers often describe the sense of balance, and stress relief that climbing brings to their lives. Yoga is similar to climbing in this way, and most climbers have a natural affinity for yoga.
Beginners and those new to yoga are always welcome. You will need a yoga mat, a small towel, a water bottle and comfortable clothes. New students should arrive 10 minutes before class.
