Matterhorn Peak, North Arete 5.7
A steep exposed line, this mountain has it all - a beautiful camp by a meadow and lake, a glacier crossing, and an 8-pitch 5.7 climb to a classic summit.
Tower Peak, Northwest Chute
This third class route is one of the classic peak scrambles of the Sierra. A perfect trip for those wanting a gentle introduction to mountain climbing. This leasurely paced 4 day trip takes us along the headwaters of the Walker River, to a beautiful alpine camp. The route up the mountain is always scenic, interesting and finishes with an amazing natural staircase directly to the summit. The summit view of northern Yosemite is simply magnificent.
