Details and Requirements

Participant Screening:
To protect the safety of it's guides and clients, Aiguille reserves the right to deny participation to any person before, or during, any trip or course. All participants must complete Aiguille's Participant Release and Acknowledgement of Risk.

Pricing:
Trips must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to trip departure. Pricing includes group climbing equipment, and group camping equipment. Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, lodging or food. Backcountry and alpine trip prices usually include backcountry meals and ground transportation, please check. Participants are expected to provide appropriate personal climbing equipment, pack, sleeping bag, pad, clothing, footwear and accessories. Some items may be available for rent.

Tier Pricing:
Trips are priced assuming the trip fills. If a trip does not fill, participants have the option of paying a surcharge to avoid trip cancelation.

Deposits:
A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve space on a trip. If the balance of the trip price is not paid two weeks prior to the trip, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations:
Aiguille must receive written notice of cancellation at least thirty days prior to the trip departure for a complete refund. If written notice is received between 29 and 15 days prior to trip departure, the deposit will be held as credit to be transferred to another trip, and any payments toward the balance will be refunded. If written notice is received less than two weeks prior to the trip the deposit and any payments toward the balance are forfeited.

Trip Cancellation:
If Aiguille cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund. In the event of such a cancellation, Aiguille is not responsible for trip related participant expenses such as travel and lodging reservations; Aiguille suggests purchasing trip insurance. If Aiguille is forced to cancel a trip in progress, Aiguille reserves the right to determine whether a refund, or partial refund, is appropriate.
