Team Building at Aiguille Rock Climbing Center will help facilitate a change in your team. A positive change that encourages growth! Through our programs, your members will develop new levels of a trust and an appreciation for creative thinking for problem solving. Individuals will receive a boost to their self-confidence and strengthen interpersonal relationships with others. Insights and renewed energy from activities will be applied to facets of everyday life. Best of all, you will have a great time during all of it!

Our programs can be focused on one or more of the following: Communication, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, Trust, or Morale through Fun. We can facilitate group sizes of 2 - 75 in our facility.
