*This Membership is an automatic and reoccurring card draft or auto-pay with a credit card authorized by contract. When members sign up for the EFT membership, you will be charged your prorated first month's payment plus a $25.00 start-up fee on the day of purchase. Automatic Payment requires at least one month's payment after your prorated dues. It will continue every first of the month unless written cancellation is provided at least seven days before the first of the next month. Month-to-month cash or check payments are not permitted.
**This Membership is available for one month, three months, six months, or one year. Prepaid memberships begin the day you sign up and will end depending on the purchase time. One-year prepaid memberships include one free month. Prepaid memberships cannot be canceled/frozen and will remain effective for the entire duration purchased, regardless of attendance.
