Our youth climbing team is open to climbers aged 6-18.
Climbers experience the value of teamwork while building self-confidence and learning technique, discipline,
& training from our professional coaches.
Team practice is in season. Practices are Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings
Results from the ABS 11 Local Competition
at Vertical Ventures in Tampa, FL
With over 80 competitors, the Halloween ABS competition saw many Aiguille climbers taking the top three tiers in multiple divisions, including our own headroute setter and UCF climbing team member, Mark Mercer taking first in Open. Ben Hoberg, four time World Cup participant, was right on his heels, taking second. From Team Aiguille, Davis Stewart, Jackson Clemmer, and Caroline Julian all placed first in their youth divisions. Also from the UCF climbing team, Chelsea Coats and Jessica Silva placed second and third in Women's Intermediate and Stu Knight placed third in Men's Intermediate.
Congratulations to all competitors! The next ABS Local will be at On the Edge in Melbourne, FL on November 14th. Good luck climbers!
