Minor Participants (under 18 years of age) must have a waiver completed and signed by their Natural Guardian.
Aiguille provides a number of ways for natural guardians to complete their minor child's waiver. The most efficient way is for the natural guardian to bring the child in for their first visit to Aiguille.
If the natural guardian is unable to accompany their child upon their first visit, they can complete the online waiver or, natural guardians can use the optional paper waiver and fax or email it to Aiguille. Then, for verification purposes, when the minor child comes in for their first visit, have them bring a signed copy, or image, of the drivers license for the natural guardian that completed the waiver.
Please Note: At this time, current Florida Statutes only allow for a Natural Guardian to sign for a Minor Participant. The Florida Statutes do not allow for other guardians to sign a Climbing Waiver for Minor Participants. Due to this fact, Aiguille cannot accept any Climbing Waivers completed and signed by other guardians.
